Returns & Exchanges: Eligible within [7 days] of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Sale, customized, and intimate wear are non-returnable. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Refunds: No refunds are offered. The customer can recheck the product details over WhatsApp before placing the order.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within [12–24 hours] if not yet shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. If we cancel due to stock or technical issues, a full refund will be issued.
